| Stepping into the Waters... The Movement of Emotions The Dialogue with Emotions The Releasing of Emotions The Restoration of the Heart Symbolically, the Waters within the River...are what hold the emotions, their intensity, and their expression. The Rolling movement, is the energy that is brought forth and created, when traveling down stream. The River must seek out its source...returning to its original destination. If the River is not moving it becomes stagnate, no longer able to support life. The Rolling movement is the energy and vibration, which keeps the waters vital and alive. The Rolling River Process... Was revealed to me when I required an acutely supportive method, needed to help myself seek and resolve, what was behind the shadows of unremembered memories I had still remaining. I was searching for the energy and memories that laid behind my limited imagination, I wanted to benefit and become free of. Logically, I thought I had all the right answers, but was not completely able, to release the emotional attachments, intellectually, that were associated with the sorrow. I wanted to address what was behind the sensations of memories I could not quite visually recall. "What was not allowing me to bring them "up" to the present?" More so, what was I not allowing to be released, realized or resolved. They and I seemed to be stuck in time, like being in limbo. I wanted to cry from this place, the years of tears, but couldn't find them. The tears that would tell me that I had found the underlying beliefs and emotions that II carried with me, for so many years and lives. I had to be open to the energy it would take to move through these obstacles, the rapids, I knew still remained. I had to trust what I knew and believe in what had carried me this far. This was not a time I could believe in any ordinary method. I had to step into the "Waters" of my own River... |
